Job Description: Job title: Data Engineer Role Summary: Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure to enable high‑quality data for analytics and machine‑learning models. Expectations: Deliver reliable, scalable data solutions; ensure data quality, security, and accessibility; collaborate cross‑functionally to translate business needs into technical solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and specify data requirements. - Design, develop, and deploy ETL/ELT pipelines that integrate heterogeneous data sources. - Clean, validate, and store data, ensuring integrity and compliance. - Manage data exposure points (APIs, data services) and secure access. - Deploy statistical and ML models to production, monitor performance, and maintain operational stability. - Provide maintenance, troubleshooting, and support for all data solutions. Required Skills: - Proficient with relational databases, SQL, and data modeling. - Experienced in ETL/ELT tooling and pipeline orchestration. - Programming in Python or R for data transformation and model integration. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and cloud data services. - Knowledge of BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau) for data presentation. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation abilities. - Effective communication and teamwork skills. - Professional level English proficiency. Required Education & Certifications: - Master’s degree (BAC+5) in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field. - 2–3 years of experience in a similar data engineering role.
