**Job Title** Director Business Development – Pharma **Role Summary** Lead global business development strategy for Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Toxicology, and Medical Information services. Expand market presence in pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors through strategic partnerships and team leadership. **Expectations** - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Life Sciences or business-related field. - 15+ years commercial leadership experience in pharmaceutical/life sciences industries. - Proven expertise in business development for regulatory, pharmacovigilance, toxicology, and medical information services. - Demonstrated success scaling teams and driving cross-geography revenue growth. - In-depth knowledge of medicinal product regulatory frameworks and lifecycle management. **Key Responsibilities** - Strategize and execute international commercial plans for core service lines. - Build and mentor high-performing business development teams aligned with growth objectives. - Establish strategic partnerships with biotech, mid-size, and large pharma companies. - Advise clients on customized solutions for complex scientific and regulatory challenges. - Identify emerging market opportunities and design multi-year growth strategies. - Collaborate cross-functionally to develop integrated service offerings. - Represent the organization at global conferences and industry events to enhance thought leadership. - Report to Chief Commercial Officer and contribute to strategic decision-making. **Required Skills** - Strategic thinking and stakeholder management at leadership levels. - High-level negotiation, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration skills. - Strong international network in pharma business development. - Commercial acumen to drive revenue and market expansion. - Travel flexibility across Europe as required. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields. - No specific certifications required.
