**Job Title:** AI Architect
**Role Summary:** Design and implement enterprise-grade AI systems with expertise in Agentic AI, advanced RAG patterns, multimodal model integration, and secure orchestration frameworks. Define architectural standards for multi-agent systems, AI governance, and scalable, secure AI workflows.
**Expectations:**
- Deep technical expertise in Agentic RAG, Graph RAG, and multi-agent orchestration.
- Hands-on experience integrating open-source and commercial LLMs, Vision-LLMs, and diffusion models.
- Proven ability to build scalable, secure ingestion pipelines for unstructured data (e.g., PDFs, PPTs) using OCR, layout parsing, and multimodal enrichment.
- Strong leadership in guiding engineering teams and aligning AI solutions with enterprise governance and Responsible AI principles.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Define enterprise AI architecture, including master-agent frameworks, tool-calling patterns, and safety guardrails.
- Architect end-to-end AI applications (copilots, autonomous agents, knowledge-grounded assistants).
- Design document ingestion workflows leveraging OCR, layout understanding, and Vision-LLMs.
- Implement AI safety frameworks using evaluation tools (DeepEval, Ragas) and guardrails (DeepTeam, NVIDIA NeMo).
- Lead cross-functional collaboration for AI governance, inference optimization, and secure orchestration.
**Required Skills:**
- Advanced proficiency in Agentic RAG, multi-agent systems, structured tool calling, and multimodal model integration.
- Expertise with LLMs (e.g., Hugging Face, Databricks AI stack), Vision-LLMs (Florence-2, LLaVA), and diffusion models.
- Experience with ingestion frameworks (Unstructured.io, Apache Tika, PyMuPDF), OCR, and semantic chunking.
- Familiarity with Databricks ML, Unity Catalog, MLflow, Vector Search, and enterprise governance workflows.
- Skills in AI safety, hallucination control, logging, traceability, and Responsible AI compliance.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, AI/Machine Learning, or related field.
- Certifications in AI/ML frameworks (e.g., AWS AI, Google Cloud AI, Hugging Face) preferred but not required.
