**Job Title:** Senior Salesforce Developer
**Role Summary:** Senior-level developer with 8+ years of experience designing, building, and optimizing custom Salesforce solutions. Responsible for leading complex technical projects, integrating systems, and ensuring scalable, secure architecture on the Force.com platform.
**Expectations:** Deliver end-to-end Salesforce programs, including Lightning upgrades, data migrations, and integrations. Independently resolve technical challenges and mentor junior team members. Adhere to SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices for CI/CD.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and implement custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Apex Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura frameworks.
- Execute full lifecycle development, including requirement analysis, system design, testing, and deployment.
- Architect secure, high-performance solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices.
- Integrate Salesforce with cloud/on-prem systems via REST/SOAP APIs, authentication protocols ( OAuth), and third-party applications.
- Configure and optimize Salesforce using native tools (Flows, Process Builders, Workflows).
- Develop custom reports, dashboards, and data analytics tools.
- Collaborate on classic-to-Lightning migrations, data migrations, and system integrations.
**Required Skills:**
- Advanced Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura).
- Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery.
- Configuration expertise: Flows, Process Builders, Workflow Rules.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines, Git, Flosum).
- System integration experience via REST/SOAP and authentication protocols.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Developer, Architect) preferred but not mandatory.
- 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and implementation experience.
