Job Description
**Job Title:** Senior Salesforce Administrator **Role Summary:** Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of the Salesforce platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices. Manage end‑to‑end project lifecycle, from requirement gathering and integration building to change control, governance, and user training. **Expectations:** Deliver scalable, secure, and high‑performance Salesforce solutions; maintain data integrity and system usability; collaborate cross‑functionally to drive continuous improvement; lead change‑management activities and facilitate adoption of new features. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build and maintain integrated Salesforce applications, including embedded and non‑salesforce tools. - Implement configuration changes (flows, approval processes, page layouts, record types, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, reports). - Oversee system upgrades, releases, and change‑control processes. - Capture business requirements, produce system documentation, and author knowledge articles. - Deliver user training on functionality and new releases. - Optimize application performance, address technical debt, and adopt latest technologies. - Enforce security by auditing logins, profiles, permissions, and deactivating unused accounts. - Manage sandbox environments for testing and training. - Conduct internal system audits and maintain data quality (deduplication, cleansing). **Required Skills:** - 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience. - 3+ years with at least two of: Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud. - In‑depth knowledge of Salesforce Flow, Lightning, and automation tools. - Proven analytical, problem‑solving, and process‑improvement skills. - Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities. - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Salesforce Certified Administrator (mandatory). - Advanced Administrator and/or App Builder Certification (preferred). - Bachelor’s degree in a related field (not explicitly required but expected). ---
