Job Description: **Job Title:** Manager, AI Implementation Consulting **Role Summary:** Lead and scale a new AI Implementation Consulting division, translating AI strategy into actionable delivery models, managing complex client engagements, and developing a high‑performance consulting team. **Expectations:** - Establish scalable service portfolio and delivery frameworks. - Advise executive leadership on AI strategy, governance, and responsible implementation. - Drive business development and client growth. - Maintain thought leadership in AI technologies and regulatory considerations. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Build, structure, and lead the AI Implementation Consulting division. 2. Define service offerings, delivery frameworks, and pricing models (including subscription‑based advisory). 3. Advise executive and senior leadership on practical AI strategy, governance, and implementation. 4. Own end‑to‑end delivery of complex AI adoption, operationalisation, and change‑management engagements. 5. Recruit, mentor, and manage a multi‑level team of AI consultants. 6. Partner with sales and leadership to secure new business and expand existing accounts. 7. Stay current on emerging AI technologies, tools, and regulatory issues. 8. Develop repeatable consulting methodologies and scalable delivery tools. **Required Skills** - 10+ years of leadership experience in management or technology consulting. - Deep knowledge of AI, ML, and Generative AI concepts and their real‑world business applications. - Proven record of delivering large, complex client engagements. - Experience designing repeatable consulting offerings and scalable delivery models. - Strong executive‑level communication and stakeholder management. - Ability to build and lead a high‑performance consulting team. - Comfort operating in ambiguity and building new capabilities from scratch. - Expertise in AI governance, responsible AI, and change management. - Strong business acumen and ability to support business development. **Required Education & Certifications** - MBA or other advanced degree preferred. - Relevant consulting or project management certifications (e.g., Certified Management Consultant, PMP, Agile) are advantageous but not mandatory. - Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
