Job Description
Job Title: Solutions Engineer Role Summary: Own end‑to‑end technical delivery for enterprise customers, from discovery and qualification through proof‑of‑value, design, stakeholder alignment, integration, and deployment. Build AI‑driven solutions from scratch, collaborating with founders, product, and R&D to scale the Solutions function. Expectations: • 5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, or comparable customer‑facing role. • Proven track record of managing full customer lifecycle. • Strong analytical ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. • Deep understanding of AI concepts and enterprise applications. • Experience deploying across cloud platforms. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and security/compliance navigation. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct customer discovery, workflow and process analysis, translating findings into clear AI‑solution requirements. - Assess data readiness, configure AI components, and integrate AI workflows. - Collaborate with R&D to close data gaps and extend product capabilities. - Guide solution refinement, validate performance against business metrics, and define success criteria. - Support integrations with enterprise systems (Finance/ERP/email etc.), ensuring scalability, security, and compliance. - Assist customers through IT approval processes and plan rollout for smooth implementation and adoption. Required Skills: - Technical: AI model integration, cloud deployment, enterprise system integration, security/compliance standards. - Analytical: Process mapping, workflow analysis, data readiness assessment. - Communication: Clear technical writing, stakeholder facilitation, cross‑functional collaboration. - Project management: Deliver solution timelines and manage full lifecycle.
