Job Title: Business Development Manager Role Summary: Lead expansion of digital court reporting services within government and legal markets. Design and execute targeted growth strategies, cultivate high‑level relationships with courts, agencies, and law firms, and drive end‑to‑end business development cycles. Expectations: • 5+ years in B2B business development or client relationship roles, preferably in government or legal sectors. • Proven ability to secure new business and nurture long‑term client relationships. • Strong analytical, organizational, and project‑management skills. • Persuasive communicator capable of simplifying complex solutions. • Self‑driven, results‑oriented with high persistence and teamwork. Key Responsibilities: • Partner with executive leadership to craft sector‑specific growth plans. • Identify, qualify, and engage prospects through research, networking, and industry events. • Build and maintain relationships with decision‑makers, positioning digital solutions as the optimal choice. • Execute a robust follow‑up system to keep leads progressing through the sales funnel. • Manage the full deal lifecycle: outreach, proposal, negotiation, closing, and transition to delivery. • Act as client liaison, ensuring seamless handoff to operational teams. • Maintain accurate records in CRM and monitor performance metrics. • Develop and oversee business‑development budget in alignment with company objectives.
