Job Description
**Job Title**: Sales Manager (All Gender) **Role Summary** Drive sales growth for the private‑label cosmetics portfolio. Lead new customer acquisition, nurture existing accounts, and contribute to medium‑to‑long‑term strategy and budgeting for the assigned territory. **Expectations** - Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. - Deliver a proactive, customer‑centric service that aligns with market trends and company objectives. - Maintain a high level of travel for trade shows, client visits, and project oversight. **Key Responsibilities** - Identify sales potential within the cosmetics business and promote the strategy across the assigned region. - Acquire new customers through trade fairs, on‑site visits, and targeted outreach. - Provide ongoing support and advisory services for existing accounts, focusing on portfolio optimization. - Collaborate with Sales & Management teams to uncover customer needs, monitor trends, and shape sector strategy. - Participate in strategic planning and take responsibility for budgeting related to the target segment. - Prepare, present and negotiate offers, contracts, and project proposals with clients and internal stakeholders. - Lead product presentations, sales discussions, and manage customer projects from initiation to delivery. **Required Skills** - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline. - Several years of sales experience in private‑label cosmetics, preferably in the French market. - Fluency in French and English; additional language skills (e.g., German) are advantageous. - Strong customer focus, sales talent, and ability to execute initiatives. - Proven project management and assignment handling expertise. - Numerical proficiency, resilience under pressure, teamwork, and adaptability. - Willingness to travel extensively. - Familiarity with SAP is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications** - Completed higher education in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent. - No specific certifications required, but relevant industry credentials are welcome.
