About the Company

Your team used to know what mattered most. Now they're duplicating work and waiting on you to untangle competing priorities.

People used to speak up. Now feedback gets whispered in hallways instead of shared in meetings.

You used to trust your team to handle things. Now you feel you're either micromanaging or watching mistakes multiply when you step away.

You used to know who to hire almost unconsciously. Now even the "best" people you add cause ripples for others.

You didn't suddenly get worse. Your culture got more complex.

These patterns cost mission-driven organizations over $1 million per year in rework, turnover, stalled decisions, and lost momentum. Most leaders don't see the cost until it's already eroding their foundation.

The usual fixes—retreats, workshops, executive coaching—fade within 60-90 days. Why? They assume clarity creates buy-in. It doesn't.

To fix this, you need four things built in the right order:

1. You need everyone to know the right thing to do at all times.
→ We help your team agree on what matters most—so decisions don't compete.

2. You need the right thing to happen when you're not in the room.
→ We give your team the tools to challenge each other without it turning into blame or defensiveness.

3. You need the right thing to happen when you ARE in the room.
→ We coach you on when to step in and when to step back—so your presence strengthens the team instead of freezing them.

4. You need the right thing to stay the right thing as you scale.
→ We ensure you hire in ways that protect the culture you worked so hard to shape.

We build all four with daily tools that stick—not programs that fade.

Since 2005, hundreds of leaders from founder-led scale-ups and purpose-driven nonprofits challenging a broken status quo have used our approach to build and scale teams strong enough to support missions too important to let fail.
