**Job Title:** Technical Sales Engineer **Role Summary:** Full‑time remote role responsible for driving revenue growth by building strong client relationships, understanding technical needs, and delivering tailored HVAC solutions. Collaborates closely with technical teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction. **Expectations:** - Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators. - Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and retention. - Deliver accurate proposals and project documentation on schedule. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and installers. 2. Identify and assess client technical requirements for HVAC/CVC solutions. 3. Prepare and present commercial offers, proposals, and quotations. 4. Track and coordinate client projects from initiation to completion. 5. Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to translate specifications into actionable solutions. 6. Provide post‑sale support and troubleshoot technical issues. **Required Skills:** - Strong negotiation and presentation abilities. - Clear communication of technical concepts to diverse audiences. - Project management: planning, scheduling, and monitoring. - Problem‑solving and adaptability. - Proficiency with CRM and sales tools. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related field. - Relevant HVAC or technical sales certifications (e.g., HVAC Technician, Certified Sales Professional) are a plus.
