**Job Title:** Final‑Year Student Internship – Fullstack Python Developer **Role Summary:** Short‑term internship (minimum 5 months) focused on learning and contributing to a Python‑based SaaS HR platform. The intern will work on both back‑end and front‑end components, modernise interfaces, and maintain legacy code while gaining developer autonomy and product‑centric skills. **Expectations:** - Currently enrolled in the final year of a master’s or engineering program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - Strong motivation to become a top‑tier full‑stack developer. - Openness to mentorship, pair programming, and continuous learning. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Develop and enhance back‑end services using Python. 2. Implement and iteratively improve front‑end UI features with modern web technologies. 3. Refactor legacy code, reduce technical debt, and uphold code quality standards. 4. Collaborate closely with product, design, and infrastructure teams to align on user‑centric solutions. 5.
