Job Title: Marketing & Communications Specialist
Role Summary:
Drive the launch and scale of Honeybee Nutrition’s products across European markets by translating scientific insights into compelling marketing assets, establishing brand consistency, and supporting distributor and retail initiatives.
Expectations:
- Own end‑to‑end creation of marketing collateral and messaging that aligns with brand guidelines.
- Work closely with R&D, Business Development and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality materials.
- Adapt content for diverse beekeeper segments (hobby, commercial, specialty distributors, retailers, D2C) and across multiple channels (print, digital, social, events).
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and enforce brand and product principles and guidelines.
- Translate complex technical information into clear value propositions for target audiences.
- Develop core messaging, educational content, flyers, brochures, POS materials, social graphics, conference kits, product labels, and distributor sales kits.
- Design assets using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or equivalent tools.
- Coordinate printing, production and logistics with external vendors.
- Support early distributor and retail marketing activities and provide content for European (and potential US) rollout.
- Collaborate with R&D and Business Development during market launch to align messaging with scientific data.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing, communications or product marketing for technical or scientific products.
- Proven track record of launching or commercialising product lines in B2B, B2B2C or consumer markets (pet food, animal feed, life sciences, pharma, or related).
- Strong written communication in English; additional European languages a plus.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) or comparable design tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and pivot in a fast‑paced environment.
- Curiosity, proactive learning mindset, and passion for innovative product marketing.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Life Sciences or related field.
- Professional certifications in Adobe Creative Suite or digital marketing are advantageous.
