Job Description
**Job Title:** Business Analyst **Role Summary:** Analyze, design, and implement operational business solutions to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and align with organizational objectives. Drive change, manage projects, and deliver quality documentation and training for system enhancements. **Expectations:** - Deliver clear, actionable business requirements and solution specifications. - Monitor project progress, resolve obstacles, and provide timely status reports. - Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory standards. - Foster continuous improvement through research and adoption of industry best practices. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Evaluate current business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and document requirements. 2. Track project activities, mitigate risks, publish progress reports, and recommend corrective actions. 3. Design system modifications, conduct user acceptance testing, and perform quality assurance. 4. Create functional and technical specifications, solution documentation, training materials, and support guides. 5. Deliver training to stakeholders on new processes and systems. 6. Maintain adherence to IT security, governance policies, and regulatory requirements. 7. Research emerging technologies and best practices; recommend enhancements. 8. Perform other assigned duties as required. **Required Skills:** - Business process modeling and documentation (BPMN or equivalent). - Project management from vision through implementation. - Strong written and verbal communication in English (French language a plus). - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). - Cybersecurity awareness. - Change management and people‑management capabilities. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Systems Engineering, Computer Science/Technology, or related field. - Minimum 5 + years of business analysis experience (automotive and/or insurance sectors preferred). - Professional certifications in Business Analysis, Project Management, and relevant application software.
