Job Description: **Job Title**: Cybersecurity Analyst Technician **Role Summary** Support the organization’s security posture by operating, monitoring, and improving cybersecurity tools and processes. Detect, analyze, and respond to incidents; perform vulnerability assessments; conduct configuration audits; and aid in developing policies, ensuring compliance with ISO 27001 and other security standards. **Expectations** - Report to the Chief Information Security Officer. - Operate in a hybrid model within an IT and cloud environment. - Communicate incident findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** - Maintain and optimize security solutions (Microsoft 365 compliance center, Microsoft Defender XDR, Azure Security services, Entra ID). - Detect, analyze, and respond to security incidents; document root causes, impacts, and remediation actions. - Monitor cloud and on‑premise environments for threats. - Conduct vulnerability scans on physical and cloud infrastructures; implement corrective measures. - Plan and execute configuration audits; apply policy and remediations. - Evaluate and fine‑tune phishing simulation campaigns; analyze suspicious email indicators. - Deploy and enhance protective solutions; document technical procedures. - Participate in security audits and awareness activities. - Align controls with ISO 27001 requirements and collaborate cross‑functionally for integrated security. **Required Skills** - 3–5 years’ experience in cybersecurity operations. - Proficiency with Microsoft 365 security center, Defender XDR, Azure Policy, Sentinel, Defender for Cloud, RBAC, and Entra ID. - Knowledge of network protocols, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and antivirus tools. - Ability to translate complex security concepts for diverse audiences. - Strong written and oral communication in French and English. - Customer‑service orientation and teamwork skills. - Technical documentation and procedure writing. **Required Education & Certifications** - Postsecondary diploma in Cybersecurity or related field. - Preferred experience with ISO 27001, NIST, or MITRE frameworks. - Desired certifications: CISSP, AZ‑500, SC‑100 (or progress toward them). ---
