**Job Title** Junior Project Manager (Intern) **Role Summary** 6‑month internship within a fast‑growing international group, acting as a junior project manager. Report to the Head of Strategic Projects and collaborate closely with the CTO. Lead high‑impact IT and business projects, coordinate cross‑border deployments, facilitate change management, and produce strategic reporting for executive steering bodies. **Expectations** - Accelerated learning curve with progressive responsibility. - Exposure to core corporate strategy execution. - Engaging in a start‑up‑style, international environment. - Foundation for future roles in strategy consulting or project management. **Key Responsibilities** - Coordinate end‑to‑end IT and business projects across 13 countries. - Conduct on‑site deployment visits to understand operational needs and test solutions under live conditions. - Support change management: run workshops, create training materials, and drive tool adoption. - Prepare dashboards and strategic briefings for Steering Committee and Executive Committee. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (IT, Operations, Finance, Procurement, Sales, Innovation). - Liaise between headquarters, country teams, and field staff to ensure alignment. **Required Skills** - Strong analytical and numerical aptitude. - Excellent written and oral English; French is advantageous but not mandatory. - Effective communication and facilitation abilities. - Adaptability and self‑motivation in a dynamic setting. - Basic understanding of project management principles (e.g., planning, risk, scope). **Bonus Skills** - Prior project management experience in an international company or consultancy. - Knowledge of retail, distribution, or food‑service operations. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Project Management, or related field. - PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project‑management certification is an advantage but not required. ---
