Job Description
Job Title: HRIS (Payroll) Intern (E) Role Summary: Assist in the rollout and support of a new integrated HRIS and payroll system within the company's centralized HR division. Expactations: - Deliver high‑quality data migration, testing, and documentation to enable successful adoption of the system. - Contribute to end‑to‑end payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and timely identification of any issues. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in data capture and migration, perform functional and regression tests to validate system integrity. - Create user guides, standard operating procedures, and training materials for the new payroll tool. - Produce monthly payroll dashboards (e.g., control aids, expense renewal campaigns) and report anomalies to service providers. - Provide on‑site and remote assistance to HR and payroll users, delivering training and troubleshooting support. Required Skills: - Knowledge of HRIS and payroll processes. - Experience with data migration, testing, and documentation. - Ability to design dashboards and analytical reports. - Strong written and verbal communication, training, and stakeholder management. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Proactive, autonomous, and collaborative team player with enthusiasm for digital solutions. Required Education & Certifications: - Current enrolment in a Master’s program in Human Resources, IT Project Management, or a related field. - No specific certifications required, but familiarity with HRIS or payroll certifications is a plus.
