Job Description: **Job Title:** Senior Software Engineer **Role Summary:** Design, develop, and deliver high‑quality full‑stack features for an AI‑powered CRM platform. Drive projects from concept through production, leveraging Ruby on Rails, React/TypeScript, and LLM‑based prompt‑first workflows. Ensure performance, scalability, and excellent user experience while collaborating with cross‑functional product teams. **Expectations:** - Own end‑to‑end delivery of backend and front‑end components. - Apply AI/LLM tools to prototype, generate tests, and accelerate development, with rigorous human code review. - Maintain production stability, write clean, testable code, and support CI/CD pipelines. - Communicate clearly in writing and code reviews; mentor junior engineers when needed. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build core backend services using Ruby on Rails and relational databases. - Architect and implement performance‑oriented backend improvements. - Develop customer‑facing UI components with React and TypeScript. - Create and deploy third‑party integrations to extend platform functionality. - Utilize Claude Code and other LLM agents for feature development and testing. - Lead projects from requirements gathering to production release. - Partner with product, design, and QA teams to shape product decisions and user experience. **Required Skills:** - 5+ years full‑stack web development experience. - Strong proficiency in Ruby and Rails (or comparable backend framework with willingness to learn Rails). - Expert JavaScript skills; experience with React (Vue or Angular a plus). - Hands‑on experience or strong interest in AI/LLM technologies and prompt‑first development. - Proven track record of maintaining production applications and delivering well‑tested code. - Solid Git, CI/CD, and deployment workflow knowledge. - Excellent written communication and code review abilities. - User‑experience awareness and focus on usability. - Mentorship capability (optional but valued). **Required Education & Certifications:** - B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
