Job title: Enterprise Marketing Manager – Maternity Cover (Fixed Term Contract – 9 Months)
Role Summary: Execute integrated B2B marketing programmes for a construction‑tech platform, creating content, coordinating partner and sales collaboration, managing lifecycle events, and driving pipeline impact across senior stakeholders in the enterprise segment.
Expactations: • 3+ years of enterprise‑level or long‑cycle B2B marketing experience.
• Proven record of launching integrated campaigns that deliver measurable lead generation and pipeline growth.
• Strong written and visual communication skills, with experience authoring emails, guides, webinars, and thought‑leadership pieces.
• Hands‑on expertise in event planning, field marketing, and partner co‑marketing activity.
• Ability to collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align messaging and adoption goals.
• Competency with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., ClickDimensions, Dynamics 365, Lead Forensics).
Key Responsibilities: • Develop and deliver compelling written and visual content for the enterprise audience.
• Build customer education assets – webinars, product tips, help‑centre content, best‑practice guides.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to ensure messaging supports adoption and recurring revenue targets.
• Coordinate partner co‑marketing initiatives: co‑branded content, mailers, landing pages, social collateral, and event support.
• Lead content creation with designers/agencies; produce infographics, leaflets, short guides, and case studies.
• Own end‑to‑end event logistics, from planning and supplier management to on‑site coordination.
• Design event‑specific lead capture workflows, integrate with CRM, and automate follow‑ups.
• Report on event performance, ROI, and pipeline contribution, using insights to refine future strategies.
Required Skills: • B2B marketing strategy in complex, long‑cycle sales environments.
• Creative content writing and visual asset production.
• Event management and field marketing execution.
• Stakeholder management across Sales, Product, and external partners.
• CRM & marketing automation proficiency (ClickDimensions, Dynamics 365, Lead Forensics).
• Knowledge of ABM principles.
• Background in construction tech, ERP, SaaS, or comparable B2B spaces (preferred).
Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred).
• Certifications or demonstrated proficiency in marketing platforms (e.g., ClickDimensions, Microsoft Dynamics) desirable.
