Job Description
Job title: CSM – Junior Account Manager (Intern/Apprentice) Role Summary: Support senior Key Account Managers in managing and renewing strategic accounts for a SaaS social recruiting platform. Acquire deep technical knowledge of the product suite, develop sales acumen, and drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth. Expectations: - Complete structured training covering product, data analytics, and sales practices. - Progress through defined stages: CSM (observation & support), Account Manager (full portfolio ownership), Key Account Manager (high‑volume results and expand services), and potential managerial role. - Demonstrate measurable performance, initiative, data‑driven decision making, and strong teamwork. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in day‑to‑day account management: client onboarding, usage monitoring, renewal processes, upsell identification. - Collaborate with Key Account Managers to develop account plans and execute cross‑functional client solutions. - Analyze customer data (SMA, recruitment metrics) to provide actionable insights and proactive recommendations. - Communicate consistently with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and resolving issues promptly. - Support sales pipeline development by preparing proposals, conducting product demos, and participating in opportunity assessments. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and documentation for the account management team. Required Skills: - Strong understanding of SaaS products and cloud platforms. - Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. - Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to independently identify and seize opportunities. - Collaborative attitude and resilience in a fast‑paced, collective goal‑oriented environment. - Basic knowledge of recruitment industry practices is a plus. Required Education & Certifications: - Enrollment or recent graduation in Business, Sales, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field. - Apprenticeship, internship, or co‑op participation is required; no prior professional experience mandatory.
