**Job Title** IT Business Development Partner **Role Summary** Independent business finder responsible for opening new client opportunities for an IT consultancy. Leverages an active professional network to identify, qualify, and introduce small to mid‑size business leaders to the firm’s IT solutions. All closing, delivery, and post‑sale client management are handled by the firm, allowing the partner to focus solely on opportunity generation and relationship building. **Expectations** - Operate as a self‑sufficient, freelance or independent consultant. - Earn commissions of 8 % on signed contracts, with potential recurring revenue based on long‑term client relationships. - No operational, delivery, or client‑support responsibilities. - Deliver measurable results through networking and referral activities. **Key Responsibilities** - Analyze and identify potential target clients (TPE, PME, ETI) in diverse industries. - Engage senior decision‑makers, build trust, and propose relevant IT solutions (Microsoft 365, security, AI, automation, digital & eco‑transition). - Facilitate introductions and schedule sales appointments between prospects and the firm’s sales team. - Maintain an up‑to‑date database of prospects, referrals, and engagement status. - Provide regular reporting on outreach activities and conversion metrics. **Required Skills** - Strong, active professional network with access to business leaders. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting with C‑level executives. - Result‑oriented mindset; proficiency in identifying and qualifying sales leads. - Self‑motivation and ability to work independently without direct supervision. - Familiarity with IT services or a willingness to learn technical sales concepts. **Required Education & Certifications** No specific degree or certification is mandated; relevant experience in business development, sales, consulting, or prior leadership roles is highly valued. ---
