Job title: Mid‑Level Software Engineer (Full Stack Focus) Role Summary: A mid‑level developer responsible for designing, building, and maintaining web‑based applications on a hybrid remote/office model. The role focuses on delivering clean, scalable code, accelerating performance, and enhancing user experience across the company’s digital platform. Expactations: Candidate must be an established developer with core experience in Java, Python or C#. Proficiency in a web framework (.NET or Django) and database technologies (SQL or NoSQL) is required. Expected to collaborate closely with product and internal teams, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve system performance and user experience. Ability to work autonomously and adapt to fast‑paced product cycles is essential. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. - Write clean, reusable, and well‑documented code. - Identify, debug, and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs. - Collaborate with product, design, and support teams to define functional requirements. - Contribute to architecture reviews and code quality initiatives. - Participate in deployment, monitoring, and continuous integration processes.
