About the Company

Chez Yooji, nous sommes avant tout des parents qui voulons ce qu’il y a de mieux pour nos bébés. Et pour nous, rien ne vaut le fait maison !
C’est pourquoi on s’est lancé le défi de réinventer l’alimentation infantile en copiant le fait maison, pour que les jeunes parents n’aient plus jamais à choisir entre qualité et praticité.

Nous avons imaginé des repas sous la forme de petites portions surgelées pratiques à doser & réchauffer, pour s'adapter aux besoins de chaque enfant et éviter de gaspiller. Le tout cuisiné avec des ingrédients bio, en majorité Français, dans notre propre atelier du Sud-Ouest & avec beaucoup d'amour.

Job Description
**Intern - Supply Chain and Sales Administration Coordinator** **Role Summary** Support procurement and sales administration operations, coordinating supply chain activities and client orders while ensuring seamless logistics and client relationship management. **Expectations** Autonomous problem-solver with strong organizational skills, relational aptitude, and client focus. Must demonstrate adaptability in a dynamic team environment and a proactive, detail-orientation mindset. **Key Responsibilities** - **Procurement** - Enter and track raw material and packaging material orders. - Coordinate supplier communication and verify inbound warehouse shipments. - Monitor inventory levels, analyze material needs, and manage subcontractor procurement. - **Sales Administration** - Process, validate, and fulfill client orders; act as primary liaison for key clients. - Coordinate order preparation, cancellations, delays, missing items, and delivery timelines. - Track billing, resolve disputes, manage credit memos, and oversee logistics for GMS orders. - **Logistics Coordination** - Liaise with internal teams (production, sales) and external partners (suppliers, logistics providers) to optimize supply chain workflows. **Required Skills** - Proven autonomy and initiative in task execution. - Strong interpersonal skills for client and supplier relations. - Client-centric approach, problem-solving, and proactive risk anticipation. - Rigorous attention to detail in inventory management and order fulfillment. - Proficiency in coordination across cross-functional teams. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent, e.g., 4-year diploma) in logistics, supply chain, or related field. - No certifications required; relevant academic training mandatory.
