Job Description
**Job Title:** Account Manager **Role Summary:** Develop digital media plans and proposals, manage and optimize end‑to‑end digital marketing campaigns, and deliver insights to clients. Own a full portfolio, ensuring client objectives are met through effective use of Facebook, Google Ads, email marketing, marketing automation, and e‑commerce solutions. **Expectations:** - Own client relationships and drive campaign performance. - Deliver timely, data‑driven insights and actionable recommendations. - Work collaboratively across creative, technical, and analytics teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Create and present customized digital media plans and proposals. - Set up, launch, and manage Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display) campaigns. - Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook ad campaigns across relevant placements. - Build and manage marketing automation funnels (email, SMS, etc.). - Create and execute email marketing campaigns. - Initiate and manage e‑commerce ad campaigns (product feeds, remarketing). - Monitor campaign performance, publish reports, and recommend optimization actions. - Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends and platform updates. **Required Skills:** - Strong command of Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms. - Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, ActiveCampaign). - Proficiency in email marketing campaign creation and analysis. - Familiarity with e‑commerce campaign management (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.). - Data analysis and reporting skills; comfortable with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.). - Excellent written communication; content creation experience is an asset. - Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and meet deadlines. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred. - Google Ads certification and/or Facebook Blueprint certification is highly desirable.
