Job Description
**Job Title** Business Analyst/Project Lead (Hybrid) **Role Summary** Lead analysis and improvement of HR processes and system workflows, bridging business requirements with technology solutions. Manage cross‑functional project initiatives, ensuring alignment with regulatory compliance and data privacy standards. Provide expert guidance on HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors or equivalent) implementation and optimization. **Expectations** - Minimum 5 years of business analysis experience with a focus on process improvement and HR systems. - At least 3 years of hands‑on HR/Payroll process expertise, including knowledge of HIPAA, FLSA, and related compliance frameworks. - Demonstrated ability to create user guides, SOPs, technical documentation, and reporting dashboards (SAP or Power BI). - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting, facilitating 25 % remote participation. - Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Analyze, document, and refine HR business and system processes using industry tools and methodologies. 2. Develop and maintain user documentation, SOPs, and technical manuals for SAP SuccessFactors and related platforms. 3. Design, build, and maintain reporting dashboards and visualizations (SAP, Power BI) to support data‑driven decisions. 4. Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to identify workflow inefficiencies and propose platform‑based solutions. 5. Lead or support project phases of IT implementations, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. 6. Monitor compliance with NIST Information Security practices, HIPAA, and other regulatory requirements. 7. Facilitate training sessions and knowledge transfer to end users and support teams. **Required Skills** - Process mapping and improvement (e.g., BPM, Lean, Six Sigma). - Proficient with SAP SuccessFactors (or equivalent HRIS) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau). - Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, data analysis), Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams. - Strong documentation and technical writing abilities. - Experience with data privacy regulations (HIPAA, FLSA). - Project management fundamentals (planning, risk, scope). - Ability to work independently and across geographically distributed teams. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s (or master’s) degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field, **or** equivalent professional experience. - Certifications preferred: PMI‑PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management credentials; CSM or equivalent agile certification; relevant SAP SuccessFactors certification. ---
