Director, Revenue Operations
**Role Summary**
Lead the design and execution of end‑to‑end revenue operations for a fast‑growing B2B enterprise. Build a scalable CRM platform, operating rhythm, forecasting, and GTM infrastructure while driving cross‑functional alignment and a high‑performing RevOps team.
**Expectations**
- Hire, develop, and manage a high‑performing RevOps and Marketing Ops team.
- Deliver tangible revenue impact within the first 6 months and set the foundation for scalable growth.
- Partner with senior leadership to define process standards, measurement, and accountability.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **CRM Architecture** – Build and maintain a scalable Salesforce instance that serves as the single source of truth.
- **Operating Rhythm** – Define and optimize meeting cadences, reporting structures, and business reviews to drive accountability.
- **Revenue Intelligence** – Develop and refine forecasting models, funnel flywheel, and conversion metrics for strategic decision‑making.
- **GTM Infrastructure** – Design territory maps, compensation plans, and approval workflows balancing speed and scalability.
- **Cross‑Functional Execution** – Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Partner Success, Finance, and Legal to develop end‑to‑end revenue processes.
- **Sales Productivity** – Improve rep performance, ramp times, and revenue per rep through data‑driven playbooks and enablement.
- **Tech Stack Orchestration** – Evaluate, select, and implement sales and marketing tools that streamline the customer journey.
- **Team Leadership** – Set performance standards, conduct regular coaching, and foster a culture of ownership and analytical rigor.
**Required Skills**
- 10+ years of enterprise B2B experience with at least 6 years in revenue operations roles.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce implementation, configuration, and automation.
- Proven ability to build RevOps from scratch in early‑stage environments (0‑10 AEs) and scale through multiple growth phases.
- Experience designing full revenue‑cycle processes (lead generation, pipeline, closing, expansion).
- Strong analytical skills, including forecasting, metrics definition, and data‑driven decision making.
- Leadership and people management experience leading high‑performing RevOps and ops teams.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder) are highly preferred.
