Job title: Marketing Intern (Mandarin Speaking)
Role Summary: Support North America marketing operations, events, partner programs, and campaign execution; manage CRM data, event logistics, and content deployment while leveraging bilingual capabilities across English and Mandarin.
Expactations: Master’s graduate with 1‑2 years post‑bachelor marketing experience; bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin; strong written and verbal communication; detailed orientation; highly organized with multi‑priority management; proactive self‑starter; collaborative cross‑functional and global teamwork; comfortable working across time zones; familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain Salesforce campaigns, lead routing, tagging, and basic reporting; ensure data quality through cleanup, normalization, deduplication.
- Manage event and webinar registration workflows, automated confirmation emails, attendee tracking, and post‑event communications.
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support for trade shows, partner events, roadshows, and webinars, including logistics, shipping demo equipment, invoicing, and onsite preparation.
- Assist partner marketing initiatives, distributor co‑marketing activities, and program coordination.
- Draft, edit, and schedule email campaigns, landing pages, digital and social media posts; support PR materials, press releases, and case study development.
- Coordinate cross‑functional tasks with U.S. and China offices, ensuring timely delivery across time zones.
Required Skills: Bilingual English‑Mandarin, excellent written/vocal communication, CRM (Salesforce) proficiency, event planning and coordination, content creation and digital marketing basics, strong organization and deadline adherence, self‑motivation, collaboration, cultural adaptability.
Required Education & Certifications: Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field; Bachelor’s degree prerequisite; 1‑2 years post‑BS marketing experience; optional certifications include Salesforce Administrator/Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, HubSpot or similar digital marketing credentials.
