Job Description

**Job Title** IT Project Manager **Role Summary** Manage end‑to‑end IT projects, including new customer implementations, technology refreshes, and internal initiatives. Coordinate cross‑functional teams, drive Agile ceremonies, and deliver projects within scope, schedule, and budget. **Expectations** - Deliver multiple simultaneous projects on time and on budget. - Apply creative problem‑solving to overcome technical and business challenges. - Take ownership of new responsibilities and adapt in a dynamic environment. - Communicate status clearly to stakeholders and executives. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and maintain detailed project plans, task lists, timelines, and resource allocations. - Lead customer and partner requirement sessions, organizing activities and tracking progress. - Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives). - Build and manage interdependent task networks, ensuring alignment with overall roadmaps. - Define delivery roadmaps and coordinate with all departments to meet milestones. - Monitor project performance against metrics and report progress to stakeholders. - Oversee customer implementations and internal IT/engineering projects. - Apply a consistent project‑management framework, methodology, and toolset to drive execution. - Champion best practices in project management and continuously refine processes. **Required Skills** - Technical knowledge of restaurant technology: POS systems, touch screens, order/pay at table, handheld devices. - Strong grasp of the SDLC and experience managing complete project lifecycles. - Proficiency in project‑management tools: Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, NetSuite, Power BI, MS Project. - Agile methodology experience and capability to lead Agile ceremonies. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. - Creative problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities. - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). - PMP certification preferred; other PMI or similar project‑management credentials acceptable. ---
