**Job Title:** Senior Business Development Manager **Role Summary:** Support organizational growth by identifying business opportunities, managing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue expansion in the diagnostic and biotechnology sectors through market research, deal execution, and commercial strategy alignment. **Expectations:** - Deliver growth outcomes via strategic business development and partnership management. - Execute revenue-driving initiatives in regulated biotech/diagnostics markets. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Conduct market analysis, identify new business opportunities, and evaluate market segments. 2. Develop pricing and go-to-market strategies for new product launches. 3. Negotiate partnerships, manage customer/distributor relationships, and oversee contract execution. 4. Provide market insights and customer feedback to refine product and marketing strategies. 5. Monitor business development KPIs, deal pipelines, and revenue forecasts. 6. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Regulatory, Finance, and Operations teams. 7. Analyze financial data, mitigate market risks, and recommend operational solutions. **Required Skills:** - Advanced market research and competitive analysis. - Strategic partnership development and contract negotiation. - Cross-functional project management. - Communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. - Regulatory industry knowledge (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485) preferred. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Business Administration, or related field. - MBA preferred but not required. - 5–8 years of business development, sales, or strategic partnership experience in biotech, diagnostics, or life sciences.
