**Job title**: Director of Logistics & Warehouse Management
**Role Summary**:
Senior executive responsible for end‑to‑end logistics and warehouse operations within an event‑production environment. Leads strategic planning, execution, continuous improvement, and safety compliance for inventory, fleet, and transport assets, ensuring alignment with production schedules and organizational objectives.
**Expectations**:
- Deliver precise, on‑time asset movement and inventory control for high‑budget events.
- Maintain zero‑error standards for inbound/outbound processes and asset accountability.
- Develop and enforce SOPs, KPIs, and scalable workflows that support business growth.
- Cultivate a disciplined, performance‑oriented culture among warehouse and logistics staff.
- Lead operational discussions at senior management level and represent logistics interests in strategic planning.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Build rolling operational forecasts aligned with event calendars.
- Plan workforce allocation, fleet deployment, and dispatch schedules; anticipate and mitigate bottlenecks.
- Oversee all warehouse and inventory processes; implement verification and digital tracking systems.
- Design, document, and enforce SOPs across logistics and warehouse functions.
- Establish measurable KPIs (efficiency, turnaround, accuracy) and track performance.
- Scale department workflows to accommodate increasing production demands.
- Mentor and schedule personnel, ensuring staffing levels meet peak event needs.
- Implement preventative maintenance for tools, equipment, and vehicles; forecast capital requirements.
- Maintain a safe, compliant environment per Quebec regulations and industry best practices.
- Represent logistics operations in executive meetings and provide tactical insights.

- Valid forklift/operator license or equivalent certification for warehouse operations.
