Job title: Technical Sales Director – Energy / Utilities / Renewables Role Summary: Lead and grow business development and sales for energy management consultancy in pharmaceutical, life sciences, medical device, and food & beverage sectors across North America. Deliver sales budgets, forecasts, and revenue targets; manage key accounts, tendering, negotiations, and drive sustainable partnerships. Expactations: - Achieve and exceed quarterly/annual sales targets and revenue milestones. - Maintain long‑term financial sustainability and profitability of NA region. - Foster brand presence and secure new business opportunities. - Align commercial activities with corporate strategy and operating plans. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute North American business strategy and sales plan. 2. Forecast sales, cash flow, and protect revenue streams. 3. Lead tendering, negotiation, and contract closure with large multi‑site clients. 4. Manage accounts, build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. 5.
