**Job Title** Client Manager – Flow Monitoring (H/F) **Role Summary** Oversee client onboarding, account maintenance, and termination processes while ensuring seamless coordination with payers and banking partners. Execute automatic and manual bank reconciliations, manage service activation, and provide analytical reporting on banking operations. **Expectations** - Strong analytical mindset with comfort in handling numerical data. - Self‑sufficient and able to prioritize tasks efficiently. - Excellent interpersonal skills for daily interaction with banking partners and payers. **Key Responsibilities** - Send, track, and dereference offers across all product lines. - Identify and implement strategies for automatic and manual bank reconciliations. - Manage account activation and termination activities. - Maintain and strengthen relationships with payers and banking networks. - Monitor banking operations, detect anomalies, and conduct account surveillance. - Prepare and deliver operational reports and dashboards. **Required Skills** - Analytical thinking and quantitative data handling. - Ability to work independently and manage priorities. - Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities. - Familiarity with banking and payment processes. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. - Knowledge of banking operations; additional certifications in finance or payment systems preferred.
