Job Description
Job title: CRM Intern (M/F) Role Summary An internship of six months focused on supporting the group's CRM activities across its brands (Rossignol, Dynastar, Lange). The intern works closely with marketing and e‑commerce teams to create, launch, and monitor email and SMS campaigns for B2C and B2B audiences. Expectations Deliver measurable campaign outcomes, maintain high standards of content quality, and collaborate effectively with graphic designers, data teams, and external partners. Ability to manage timelines, track KPIs, and report performance. Strong communication, curiosity, and proactive attitude expected. Key Responsibilities - Design, program, and publish newsletters and SMS campaigns for each brand. - Coordinate with graphic teams for creative alignment, routing, and campaign execution. - Track and analyze campaign KPIs; produce regular performance reports. - Operate online contests and promotions, ensuring compliance and engagement. - Conduct competitor monitoring to inform strategy. - Support lead acquisition initiatives and cross‑channel marketing efforts. Required Skills - Excellent written and spoken English; French language is a plus. - Strong writing and editing capabilities. - Proficiency in email/SMS marketing platforms and basic data analysis tools. - Organizational and project‑management skills. - Proactive, curious, and able to work both independently and within a team. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Web Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Sport Marketing (equivalent to BAC +4/5). ---
