**Job Title**
HR Data Analyst – Reporting & KPIs
**Role Summary**
Responsible for collecting, structuring, validating, and reporting social (HR) data. Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs to support HR decision‑making, automate processes, and ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.
**Expectations**
- Deliver timely, accurate, and clear reports to HR, senior management, and external stakeholders.
- Propose and implement process improvements and automation to enhance data reliability.
- Act as a trusted partner to HR teams, facilitating data literacy and supporting strategic initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Collect and reconcile data from HR, payroll, and SIRH systems.
- Build, maintain, and evolve HR dashboards (headcount, absenteeism, equality, risks, agencies, DOETH, variable pay, etc.).
- Generate regular reports for HR leadership, executives, and external bodies.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with confidentiality and GDPR standards.
- Automate and streamline KPI generation and reporting workflows.
- Conduct ad‑hoc analysis to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Support variable remuneration planning and related deadlines.
- Train and coach HR staff on data usage and interpretation.
**Required Skills**
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with BI reporting tools (ADP, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Knowledge of payroll processes and social data regulations.
- Familiarity with data governance and confidentiality best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and cross‑functionally.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s (Bac+4/5) in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Social Data Management, or related field.
- Minimum 4–5 years of proven experience in HR reporting, social data analysis, or social cost control.
- Certifications in HR analytics or data‑related disciplines are a plus.
