Job Description
**Job Title** Implementation & QA Specialist **Role Summary** Oversee end‑to‑end quality assurance of software releases and drive technical onboarding for new clients, ensuring flawless integration of e‑commerce platforms with the company’s WMS and internal systems. **Expectations** - Deliver comprehensive functional and regression test coverage for each release. - Serve as the primary technical lead during client go‑live, ensuring 100 % data integrity and smooth system adoption. - Advocate for user experience, raising issues and recommending enhancements to maintain intuitive tools. **Key Responsibilities** - Execute manual and regression test plans, capture defects in Jira, and collaborate with the development team to resolve issues. - Configure and validate API integrations with Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, and internal WMS, testing orders, SKUs, inventory sync, and data mapping. - Set up and manage client accounts in WMS and customer portals; troubleshoot permissions and access problems. - Lead platform administration for core business systems (HubSpot, HappyFox, Zendesk). - Develop and maintain technical how‑to guides and knowledge‑base articles for customers. **Required Skills** - Proven functional and regression testing experience; strong bug‑reporting in Jira. - Hands‑on knowledge of e‑commerce back‑end platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and API/Plugin data flows. - Analytical aptitude for data mapping between external systems and internal WMS. - Experience administering CRM or support tools (HubSpot, HappyFox, Zendesk). - Excellent detail orientation, client‑facing communication, problem‑solving, and user‑advocacy mindset. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). - QA certifications (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) preferred but not mandatory.
