Job Title: Customer Marketing Associate
Role Summary: Support the Senior Marketing Manager in executing, analyzing, and reporting Base Management strategies focused on churn reduction, ARPU growth, and revenue optimization. Drive end‑to‑end project delivery, data integrity, and cross‑functional coordination using analytics and marketing tools.
Expectations: • Deliver timely, high‑quality marketing initiatives. • Maintain rigorous data accuracy and insight generation. • Build strong relationships across marketing, operations, compliance, and external agencies. • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, track, and ensure on‑time execution of marketing initiatives aligned with Base Management goals.
- Analyze internal and external reports for accuracy, identify gaps, and document lessons learned for future campaigns.
- Lead cross‑departmental meetings to monitor progress, resolve issues, and refine implementation plans.
- Produce and present status reports, dashboards, and presentations to keep teams informed.
- Maintain an initiatives log and update it with completed actions and post‑mortem insights.
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical skills: interpret data, market research, financial reports, and legal documents.
- Project management: scheduling, prioritization, multi‑tasking, and detail orientation.
- Communication: bilingual (English & Spanish preferred) verbal and written.
- Tools: Jira Atlassian, ThoughtSpot, Qualtrics, Unica, Pega, TAS, G‑Suite, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Creative problem‑solving, critical thinking, and the ability to collaborate with internal and external partners.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Communications, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, business administration, advertising, or communications.
- Preferred: experience in telecommunications industry.
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.; no specific certifications required.
