Job Title: Vice President Operations Role Summary: Lead strategic and operational oversight of multi‑unit food service operations, delivering financial performance, process enhancements, and team leadership across all locations. Expectations: • 10+ years of experience in multi‑unit food service industry • Strong communication, executive presentation, and change‑management skills • Proven data‑driven decision making and P&L accountability • Ability to travel up to 25% and reside within 45 miles of Sioux City, Iowa, or willingness to relocate Key Responsibilities 1. Develop and execute long‑term and annual operational plans aligned with organizational goals. 2. Manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L across all sites, ensuring profitability and cost control. 3. Identify and implement process improvements, leveraging technology and innovative practices. 4. Oversee staffing, menu development, inventory management, procurement, logistics, and vendor relations. 5. Use data analysis tools to monitor performance metrics, drive continuous improvement, and report findings to senior leadership. 6. Lead and coach cross‑functional teams, fostering collaboration and high performance. 7. Present operational insights and strategic initiatives to executive boards and stakeholders.
