**Job Title:** Salesforce Software Engineer
**Role Summary:**
Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions, including custom Apex logic, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and integrations. Deliver end‑to‑end functionality that supports customer and internal users, ensuring performance, security, and platform longevity.
**Expactations:**
- Own technical solution design and delivery lifecycle.
- Build reliable, automated features that evolve with business needs.
- Mentor peers, provide technical guidance, and promote best practices.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop custom functionality in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Flow Builder.
- Translate business requirements into clean, maintainable code.
- Design and support integrations via REST/SOAP APIs between Salesforce and internal or third‑party systems.
- Write unit tests, assist UAT, and troubleshoot production issues.
- Manage releases across environments using Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure platform security, performance, and reliability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and cross‑functional teams.
- Educate users and colleagues on new features and best practices.
**Required Skills:**
- 3+ years hands‑on Salesforce development experience.
- Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Flow Builder, and related tools.
- Experience with Salesforce Industries / Vlocity (OmniStudio, CPQ, product catalogs, order management).
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
- Proven ability to design REST/SOAP API integrations.
- Comfortable with Git, CI/CD, and agile delivery methods.
- Excellent communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, and optional Salesforce Industries/Vlocity certifications.
