Job Description
**Job title:** Information Technology Business Partner **Role Summary:** Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to translate operational needs into actionable technology solutions. Support delivery, documentation, and benefits realization of tech initiatives while fostering clear communication across the organization. **Expectations:** - Demonstrate a proven interest in leveraging technology for process improvement and value creation. - Work effectively across different organizational levels, independently and collaboratively. - Communicate clearly, both written and verbal, to stakeholders and technical teams. - Deliver solutions with a customer‑focused, proactive problem‑solving mindset. **Key Responsibilities:** - Serve as primary contact for technology initiatives and support the Business Partner Team Lead. - Coordinate day‑to‑day activities across initiatives, ensuring timely progress and milestone tracking. - Maintain project documentation, track progress, and support benefits realization and user adoption. - Build and sustain relationships with business stakeholders to capture objectives and challenges. - Identify opportunities for technology‑driven improvements in processes and performance. - Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and business analysis activities (process mapping, workflow analysis). - Translate business requirements into early‑stage user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation. **Required Skills:** - Experience in technology or business analysis, PMO, project support, or product management. - Strong organisational, coordination, and project tracking skills. - Analytical, detail‑focused yet capable of seeing the big picture. - Clear, confident communication (written & verbal). - Proactive, hands‑on problem solving and customer‑focused mindset. - Comfortable working independently and within a team environment. - Familiarity with business systems, applications, and data concepts. - Knowledge of Microsoft data, reporting, or automation tools beneficial. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field preferred. - Project Management qualification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or equivalent experience preferred.
