Job Description

**Job Title** Data Analyst **Role Summary** Provide analytical support across tolling, customer accounts, and revenue operations. Develop data models, ensure data integrity, and translate complex datasets into actionable insights for executive and operational teams. **Expectations** * Independent, initiative‑driven work with limited supervision. * Deliver clear, concise analysis and visualizations. * Maintain high data quality and rigorous documentation. **Key Responsibilities** - Collaborate with stakeholders to define data needs and translate business requirements into analytical solutions. - Extract, integrate, and cleanse data from CRM, transactional, and financial systems. - Conduct advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and quality gaps. - Build and maintain data models that support operational and financial decision‑making. - Design and deliver standard and ad‑hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations to executives, managers, and operational teams. - Validate data accuracy, identify gaps, and recommend remediation actions. - Perform root‑cause analysis for operational issues, system defects, and unusual tolling or customer activity. - Document analytical methodology, findings, and recommendations in technical and non‑technical formats. **Required Skills** - Proficiency in SQL and relational database querying. - Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar). - Strong statistical analysis skills (regression, hypothesis testing, forecasting). - Data cleansing and quality management expertise. - Excellent communication and documentation abilities. - Ability to work cross‑functionally and present complex findings to non‑technical audiences. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field. - 3+ years of data analytics experience in a transportation or financial services environment preferred. - Certification in SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools is an advantage.
