The European Federation of Education Employers (EFEE) is an employers' organisation representing all levels of the education sector across Europe (from pre-primary to higher education). EFEE currently consists of 52 employers' organisations from 23 different EU countries.

EFEE's mission is to improve the quality of teaching and school management through European cooperation and dialogue. The organisation is recognised by the European Commission (ETUCE representing the Union side) as a social partner for employers in the education sector.

Job Description
Job Title: Communications and Project Management Intern Role Summary: Support the implementation, monitoring, and communication of EU‑level education projects, assisting in the organisation of meetings, events, and external communications under the guidance of EFEE’s Communications Officer and Project Manager. Expectations: Full‑time, 38 hours/week; hybrid schedule with minimum two office days per week; duration 3 months to 1 year; travel across Europe required; eligibility for external mobility or funding schemes (e.g., Erasmus+, Chamber of Commerce). Key Responsibilities: - Disseminate project activities and outcomes via social media and newsletters. - Organise partner meetings: agenda preparation, invitations, minute taking, and follow‑up. - Coordinate logistics and preparation for online and in‑person project events. - Contribute to project monitoring, tracking deliverables, and expense reporting. - Assist with documentation, deliverables, and communication materials. Required Skills: - Excellent written and spoken English (minimum C1). - Familiarity with communication tools (Canva, WordPress, etc.). - Proficient in Microsoft 365, especially Teams. - Strong organisational and time‑management abilities. - Ability to work collaboratively in multicultural settings. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in communications, international relations, political science, business administration, or a related field. - Proof of eligibility for an external funding mechanism (Erasmus+, etc.).
