Job Description
**Job Title:** Information Technology Business Analyst **Role Summary** Translate business requirements into technical solutions to lead industrial automation projects. Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, IT teams, and system integrators to ensure successful technology deployment and adoption. **Expectations** Demonstrate expertise in IT business analysis, cross-functional project leadership, and technical documentation. Deliver projects on time while managing risks, resources, and stakeholder expectations. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead planning, execution, and delivery of industrial automation technology initiatives (e.g., Toptech Systems). - Partner with stakeholders to document requirements, define project scope, and establish objectives. - Translate business needs into technical specifications aligned with IT/engineering teams. - Coordinate testing, training, and change management for system deployments. - Manage project timelines, risks, and dependencies using standard methodologies. - Maintain documentation including project plans, status reports, user guides, and post-implementation reviews. - Monitor system performance and user feedback post-deployment to drive improvements. - Ensure compliance with service level agreements and project deliverables. **Required Skills** - Strong working knowledge of Toptech Systems (TMS6, TMS7). - Cross-functional project management and stakeholder communication. - Technical documentation and requirement analysis. - Problem-solving and coordination with IT, vendors, and internal teams. - Experience in industrial automation, terminal operations, or fuel logistics environments. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. - 3+ years of IT business analysis or IT project management experience.
