Job Title: Senior DevOps Engineer Role Summary: Architect and optimize CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and automation processes. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, secure, and high-availability systems. Foster DevOps culture through mentoring and best practices. Expactations: Minimum 10 years in DevOps, SRE, or related roles. Proven expertise in CI/CD automation, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and containerization. Strong leadership in infrastructure design and mentorship. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and Jenkinsfiles. - Provision and manage AWS infrastructure using Terraform. - Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters and Kafka systems. - Automate deployment processes via Python and Groovy scripts. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline software delivery. - Monitor and optimize cloud and containerized environments for availability and security. - Enforce infrastructure-as-code (IaC) and compliance standards. - Mentor junior engineers and drive automation adoption. - Evaluate and integrate tools to enhance system reliability and scalability. - Document architectures, processes, and solutions for knowledge sharing.
