Job Description

**Job Title:** Junior Software Developer **Role Summary:** Entry-level position focused on building web applications using .NET 8, with a structured path to senior roles through mentorship and hands-on learning. Candidates will collaborate with experienced teams to solve technical challenges and contribute to scalable enterprise software. **Expectations:** 1+ years in commercial C#/.NET development, problem-solving skills, clear communication, and adaptability to evolving technical challenges. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain secure, scalable web applications using .NET 8. - Write clean, testable, and maintainable code aligned with best practices. - Collaborate with senior developers to tackle increasing technical complexity. - Participate in product design discussions and propose innovative solutions. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in C#, .NET 8, and SQL. - Experience with clean code principles, REST APIs, and CI/CD pipelines. - Familiarity with .NET Aspire, EF Core, Docker, and Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Knowledge of secure coding (OWASP) and cloud services (Azure DevOps). **Optional Skills (Bonus):** Microservices/SaaS development, Blazor, Redis, Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, or Blockchain. Experience with SOLID principles, Clean Architecture, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD). **Required Education & Certifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. Additional certifications in .NET development or cloud technologies preferred (not mandatory).
