Job Description
**Job Title** Accounts Manager – Fixed Term **Role Summary** Short‑term Accounts Manager responsible for managing a portfolio of clients across multiple branches (excluding Fleet and Construction). Duties include client relationship management, contract renewal, risk assessment, and coordination with internal/external partners. **Expectations** • Deliver high‑quality client service and personalized follow‑up. • Ensure timely contract renewal and accurate documentation. • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of insurance products (DAB, RC, financial lines). • Operate autonomously while collaborating in a small, dynamic team. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage and develop existing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and renewal rates. - Advise clients on risk management, insurance coverage, and related solutions. - Draft, negotiate, and renew contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. - Coordinate with underwriting, claims, and other internal teams to address client needs. - Analyze client risk profiles and propose tailored insurance solutions. - Maintain accurate records and update client information in the CRM system. - Support business development initiatives and attend relevant training or meetings. **Required Skills** - Proven experience in client relationships and account management within the insurance sector. - Strong knowledge of insurance products, underwriting processes, and risk management (DAB, RC, financial lines). - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Organizational ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. - Analytical mindset for evaluating client needs and market conditions. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. - Professional certification in Insurance (e.g., CPC, Chartered Insurance Professional) preferred. ---
