Groupasol biedt ook aanvullende brandstofgerelateerde diensten aan, tegen exclusieve tarieven, waaronder het onderhoud van verwarmingsketels, de controle en het buiten gebruik stellen van stookolietanks alsook de verkoop en het onderhoud van pelletkachels. Groupasol brengt verbruikers samen rond solidaire projecten, zoals bijvoorbeeld met groepsaankopen. **Job Title:** Account Manager & Business Developer **Role Summary:** Responsible for managing and expanding the supplier and partner network, optimizing product and service offers, and driving strategic commercial projects to enhance competitive positioning. Works under the Operations Director to achieve revenue growth through up‑sell and cross‑sell initiatives. **Expectations:** - Operate autonomously with a structured, results‑oriented approach. - Proactively identify and secure new supplier/partner relationships. - Contribute ideas to improve up‑sell and cross‑sell opportunities. - Provide flexible support during peak periods and urgent projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Maintain and develop existing supplier/partner relationships; negotiate favorable pricing and terms. - Conduct weekly group‑purchase coordination and ensure timely execution. - Prospect, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers and partners to broaden product/service range. - Design and implement joint commercial actions with partners. - Perform market and competitor benchmarking; deliver insights for offer positioning. - Support ad‑hoc operational tasks (launches, demand spikes, emergencies) including coordination and follow‑up. **Required Skills:** - Strong negotiation and contract management abilities. - Excellent verbal and written communication; interpersonal relationship building. - Strategic thinking with ability to align commercial actions to business goals. - Analytical mindset for market research and opportunity identification. - Highly organized; capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines. - Proficiency in Dutch (minimum B2 level); fluent English. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field. - Minimum of one year experience in account management, business development, or procurement (preferred).
