Job Description
Job Title: Partnerships Marketing Senior Manager Role Summary: Lead the strategy, execution, and scaling of a comprehensive influencer marketing program to drive profitable customer acquisition, manage a significant sponsorship budget, and optimize performance across nano, micro, macro, and KOL segments. Expectations: - Deliver measurable growth in ROAS, CAC, and revenue from influencer-driven campaigns. - Expand and optimize partnerships, securing deals that align with financial goals. - Operate within a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment and collaborate cross‑functionally to execute campaigns from concept to delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with Paid Socials to scale and refine influencer‑generated content (IGC) programs. - Identify, negotiate, and close influencer deals that meet profitability targets. - Oversee end‑to‑end campaign execution, including creative briefs, timelines, and deliverables. - Manage a sponsorship budget, forecasting spend and ROI with Finance and leadership. - Expand partnership portfolios across tiered influencer segments and untapped audience cohorts. - Track, analyze, and report on campaign metrics to identify growth opportunities and inform strategy. - Conduct market intelligence on industry trends and relay insights to the team. - Collaborate with Paid, Organic Socials, and other internal stakeholders to align promotional activities. Required Skills: - 5+ years of experience in influencer, affiliate, or sponsorship marketing driving bottom‑funnel performance. - Proven track record of managing large budgets and achieving high ROI. - Strong written and verbal communication, with polished proposal and negotiation abilities. - Excellent organization, time management, and multi‑tasking capabilities. - Creative thinker with a data‑driven mindset and analytical rigor. - Ability to work independently, dive deep into metrics, and iterate quickly. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree preferred (any discipline). - No specific certifications required, though marketing or analytics credentials are a plus.
