Job Description
**Job Title:** Senior Product Designer **Role Summary:** Lead end‑to‑end design of digital and service experiences, applying Design Thinking and Product Design methodologies to create desirable, feasible, and viable solutions for complex, multi‑channel products. Work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams (IT, business, users) in an international, Agile environment and contribute to Design Ops and design system development. **Expectations:** - 7‑8+ years of professional experience as a Product Designer in digital/UX or consultancy settings. - Near‑bilingual English (French also required for local collaboration). - Proven ability to drive all phases of user‑experience projects, from research to delivery. - Strong stakeholder‑management and facilitation skills, with a consultative mindset. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deploy discovery and delivery tools to balance desirability, feasibility, and viability of solutions. - Lead user research, interviews, observations, and usability testing. - Create personas, user journeys, experience models, wireframes, prototypes, and UI specifications. - Conduct UX/UI audits of existing tools and recommend improvements. - Facilitate creative workshops (Design Thinking, co‑creation) and design‑system initiatives. - Collaborate with Product Owners, PMs, Data analysts, Developers, and UX/UI peers. - Influence sponsors and business leads on solution direction. - Contribute to Design Ops, including design‑system maintenance and process optimization. - Deliver designs for diverse touchpoints: interfaces, connected objects, physical spaces, services, and human interactions. **Required Skills:** - Mastery of Design Thinking, Product Design, and Agile methodologies. - Expertise in user research methods, ideation, prototyping, and testing. - Strong visual design and interaction design capabilities (Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC, etc.). - Ability to create and maintain design systems. - Excellent communication and facilitation skills in English and French. - Proven track record of delivering complex enterprise or banking‑sector solutions. - Proactive, innovative mindset with up‑to‑date knowledge of emerging design practices. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interaction Design, Product Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, or a related field. - Professional portfolio demonstrating recent senior‑level product design work. - Optional: Certified Scrum Product Owner, Design Thinking certification, or similar credentials.
