Job Description

**Job Title:** Machine Learning Engineer **Role Summary:** Own end‑to‑end production of 3D machine learning models for orthopedic anatomical datasets, including design, training, deployment, monitoring, and integration with cloud and edge environments. **Expactations:** - Deliver production‑grade 3D ML models that meet accuracy, latency, and power constraints. - Build and maintain full ML pipelines from data ingestion to deployment. - Implement CI/CD workflows, model versioning, and automated retraining. - Collaborate cross‑functionally with embedded, firmware, mobile, and product teams. - Ensure continuous monitoring, drift detection, A/B testing, and performance validation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, train, and validate multimodal 3D ML models using medical imaging data. - Create feature engineering modules, training scripts, and evaluation frameworks. - Package models for cloud services and edge hardware; orchestrate deployment. - Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for model builds and automated rollouts. - Monitor model performance in production; detect drift and trigger retraining. - Establish best practices for ML engineering, reproducibility, and observability. - Mentor peers on model reliability, performance budgeting, and system integration. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience delivering production 3D ML systems and pipelines. - Strong Python programming; expertise with PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit‑learn. - Deep learning framework knowledge, training workflows, and model optimization. - Experience with 3D medical imaging, feature engineering for constrained environments. - SQL proficiency and relational data store optimization for feature stores. - Containerization (Docker, OCI) and model packaging for deployment. - Familiarity with CI/CD, automated versioning, and monitoring tools. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Electrical Engineering, or related field. - Relevant certifications in ML, cloud services (AWS/GCP), or embedded systems preferred.
