Job Description

Job title: Senior Software Engineer Role Summary: Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI‑centered features for a private markets analysis platform. Own code from concept to production, enforce quality standards, and mentor peers while ensuring scalability and reliability. Expactations: - Deliver production‑ready code on schedule with high quality and test coverage. - Maintain architectural integrity by enforcing coding standards and review processes. - Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of rapid, reliable, test‑driven development. - Collaborate closely with product, security, and go‑to‑market teams to translate requirements into deliverables. - Participate in monitoring, scaling, and infrastructure optimization. Key Responsibilities: - Design, code, and maintain core platform components using modern web technologies. - Build and integrate AI modules that power deal‑analysis workflows. - Review pull requests, enforce coding standards, and mentor teammates. - Work with DevOps on CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and scaling strategies. - Partner with product, security, and GTM teams to define feature specifications and timelines. - Continuously research and adopt best practices in AI, web development, and infrastructure.
